Many ElgrandPatron products, such as leaf blowers and shop vacuums, are ready to use out of the box. Some items — including lawn mowers, pressure washers, and certain hedge trimmers — require minor assembly before first use. This policy covers those products.
1. Products Requiring Assembly
Where a product requires assembly, this will be clearly stated on the individual product page prior to purchase. All necessary parts, hardware, and step-by-step instructions in English are included in the product packaging.
2. Assembly Guidelines
For items requiring setup or assembly:
- All instructions are provided in English.
- Standard household tools (such as a wrench or screwdriver) may be required unless otherwise stated.
- Adult assembly is required for all power equipment.
- Always read the full safety warnings in the user manual before assembly or operation.
- Ensure all bolts, fasteners, and connections are properly tightened before use.
3. Missing Parts or Difficulties
If you receive a product with missing parts, missing instructions, or experience difficulties during assembly, please contact us immediately at contact@elgrandpatron.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our support team will assist you or arrange for replacement parts to be sent promptly.
4. Professional Installation
ElgrandPatron does not offer on-site assembly or professional installation services. All products are designed to be assembled by the customer following the included user manual.
