Warranty & Replacement Policy

At ElgrandPatron, we stand behind the quality of every tool we sell. This Warranty & Replacement Policy explains what is covered and how to request a replacement or repair if your item arrives defective or develops a fault.

1. Warranty Coverage

All products sold by ElgrandPatron come with warranty coverage against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing issues such as:

  • Faulty motors, switches, or electrical components
  • Structural component failures under normal use
  • Missing parts or items broken due to a factory defect
  • Defective batteries or charging systems (cordless products)

2. What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, accidents, or neglect
  • Damage from operating outside the product's specified conditions or voltage ratings
  • Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than ElgrandPatron

3. Reporting a Defective or Faulty Item

If you receive a defective item or a fault develops, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@elgrandpatron.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect or fault

Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days.

4. Replacement or Refund

If your claim is approved under warranty, we will offer one of the following at no extra cost to you:

  • Replacement: We will dispatch a brand-new replacement item or replacement part free of charge.
  • Store Credit or Full Refund: If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a store credit or full refund to your original payment method.

5. Return of Defective Items

In some cases, we may request that you return the defective item for inspection. If a return is required for a verified faulty product, ElgrandPatron will provide a prepaid return label so you incur no out-of-pocket costs.
