Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel an order placed with ElgrandPatron.
1. Cancelling Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Since our orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to cancel.
To cancel, email us at contact@elgrandpatron.com with your order number and a request to cancel. We will confirm cancellation by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
2. Cancelling After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it in transit. In this case, you may still return the item once it arrives in accordance with our Refund Policy, which allows returns within 30 days of delivery.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders for items marked as final sale cannot be cancelled once placed, except where the product is faulty or not as described.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us with the following details:
- Your order number
- Full name used on the order
- Reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)
