Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the United States. Freight items cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Large equipment (freight): lawn mowers, pressure washers, and other large or heavy items ship by freight carrier. The carrier will contact you by phone or email to schedule a delivery appointment. Freight delivery is to the curb or the end of your driveway.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping is a flat $22.31 per order to any address in the 48 contiguous United States. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Sales Tax

Applicable US sales tax is calculated from your delivery address and shown at checkout before you pay.

Carriers and Tracking

Parcels ship with major US carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS; large items ship with a freight (LTL) carrier. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier name and tracking number.

Delivery Problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible and before the order ships. If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or shows delivered but you have not received your order, email contact@elgrandpatron.com and we will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the package is lost.

Damaged deliveries are handled under our Refund Policy.
